Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses AnyEventsInUAE (the "site"), operated by SAMCO L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us").
1. Our role
We run a marketplace. Events are organized by independent organizers and services are provided by independent suppliers. The organizer is responsible for the event itself, including permits, safety, content and any changes or cancellations. Suppliers are responsible for the services they provide.
2. Buying tickets
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices include VAT where applicable.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation with your tickets.
- Each ticket has a unique QR code and can be used for entry once. Do not share or resell your tickets unless the organizer allows it.
- The organizer may refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, already used, or if you break the venue's rules.
3. Refunds and cancellations
See our Refund policy. Each event page may also show the organizer's own refund terms.
4. Enquiries to suppliers
When you send an enquiry, we share your details with the suppliers you contact or that we match to your request so they can reply. Any agreement for services is between you and the supplier.
5. Accounts
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
6. Content
Organizers and suppliers must only publish accurate, lawful content they have the rights to use. We may remove content at our discretion.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for the events or services provided by organizers and suppliers, or for indirect losses.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
