Refund policy

Tickets

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you receive a full refund of the ticket price to the original payment method.
• If an event is postponed or significantly changed, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
• Otherwise, refunds follow the organizer's policy shown on the event page. If none is shown, tickets are non-refundable.
• Service fees, when charged, are refunded only if the event is cancelled.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@anyeventsinuae.com with your order reference (starts with AEU-). Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days.

Free registrations can be cancelled by contacting the organizer.
