Questions

Do customers need an account to buy tickets?

No. They check out with their name and email and get QR tickets by email. They can optionally create an account to keep everything in one place.

How do organizers get paid?

Ticket payments are collected securely by card. After the event, we transfer your ticket sales minus any platform fees to your bank account (add your IBAN under Payouts).

Who replies to quote requests?

The suppliers we match to your request contact you directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, as you prefer.
