What we collect

• Ticket buyers: name, email, phone (optional), order details. We do not see or store card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.
• Enquiries: your contact details and the event details you share.
• Organizers, suppliers and staff: account details, business details and activity in your dashboard.
• Technical data: IP address and security logs, used to prevent fraud and abuse.

Why we use it

• To issue tickets and send order emails
• To pass enquiries to the suppliers you contact or that we match to your request
• To let organizers manage attendee lists and check-in for their own events
• To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

• The organizer of the event you bought tickets for
• Suppliers that receive your enquiry
• Service providers: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider and email service

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete enquiry data at any time.
